This is in reply to the referxal of the �application of the .
First Crand Avenue State Bank for a drive-in teller banking �
facility (two teller windows) and a 24 car off-street parking .
lot in conjunction with their proposed new bank building to
be �co'nstructed on property located on the north side of Grand •
� Avenue between Lexington Parkway and Oxford Street. The pro- -
perty is zoned commercial and is described as Lots 19 thru 22,� _
' Block 39, Summit Park �ddit;i.on:�a `'�- p��. _ _ -
= The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular
meeting on April 1, 1965. The staff reported that the pro- _
pgsal met all of the required standards for this type of
facility and had been reviewed and approved by the Traffic , "
Engineer.
In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning re- . �
� commends the granting of the permit in accordance with the
final revised plans dated received April 15, 1965. On _
April 15, 1965, the City Council granted an informal approval
� 3f the proposal.
