This is in the matter of the application of the Sisters of Charity, -
B. V. M. (Our Lady of Peace High School) to install.and operate a
37 car off-street parking facility for employees.on property located
. on the south side of Portland Avenue between Milton and �iictoria '
� ' Streets which is described as Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, '13, 19, 20, 21,

The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting
_ on April 15, 1965. The staff reported that the proposal met all
of the required standards for this type of facility and had been � -
reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer.
In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the application for a 37 car off-street employee , , �
parking lot on the above described property in accordance with
final revised plans dated May 11, 1965. - " �

of St. Ciement's Episcopal Church.
At a meeti�g of the Vestry and the Rector Tionday, I�iay 10,

Council that St. Clement ' s Episcopal Church could be re-
corded as a proponent in favor of such application.
