RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of constructing a sanitary
sewer in Louise Avenue from Flandrau Place to
Kennard Street; in Leone Avenue from Kennard
Street to l�lhite Bear Avenue; in lyo� Street from
Louise Avenue to 320 ft. south of Louise Avenue;
and in Kennard Street from,Leone Avenue to Louise
. Avenue. Also construct a storm water sewer in
Louise Avenue from Kennard Street to Flandrau Place;
and in Leone Avenue from 840 feet west of the west �
. line of L�hite Bear Avenue to White Bea� Avenue. All
of which is to be known as the LEONf-KENNARD SEWER
SYSTEh1, under Preliminary Order 200127, approved
December 20, 1960, Intermediary Order 201934, approved
May 2, 1961, and Final Order 202356, approved May 31,
. 1961 .
Y ti RESOLVED, That all orders in the above natter -
be and the same are hereby cancelled, annulled '
- " and rescinded and alt proceedings in such matter �
