RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condemning and taking an
easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and
fills, including right of removal of lateral support
from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by
excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the
grading and surfacing with bituminous material and
doing all work incidental thereto on Fairview Avenue
from Taylor Avenue to Northern Route, under Preliminary
Order C:F. 201510, �approved Aprit 6, 1961 , and
Intermediary Order C.F. 202577, approved June 13, 1961 .
RE50LVED,That all orders in the above matter
be and the same are hereby cancelled, annulled, and
rescinded, and all proceedings in such matter
discontinued.
