� RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of
! the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to lease

' to Mrs. Robert Morse, 953 Selby Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, the privilege
jof operating a concession for rides for children and for the sale of re-
; freshments at the Phalen Picnic Grounds, for the 1965 season, said Mrs.
�
Morse to pay for the privilege $150.00 (One Hundred Fifty Dollars) to be
' paid as follows: $75.00 on July 15, 1965, and $75.00 on August 15, 1965;
; and to provide a public liability policy for personal injury, whic,h shall
, be approved by the Corporation Counsel and deposited with the City Comp-
� troller; and be it
; FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized

and directed to draw up the proper �greement therefor, and that the proper
' city officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City' of
