{ Sub. # 7. This property was recently classified light industrial.

4 � The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting , •
� on March 4, 1965. The staff reported that the appeals as outlin d
� above were reasonable because of the topographical relationship of
� the subject property to other properties in this block to the north, -
and, therefore, should not have a detrimental effect on these pro-
� perties. The applicant owns all of the property in this block to
the south. The parking lot plan meets all of the standards for this
� type of facility and has been reviewed and approved by the Traffic
� Engineer. The parking lot is, in effect, an extensionof an existing '
� - parking lot now adjoining to the south. � � , ' _

In consideration of these factors, the Board 4f Zoning recommends '
the granting of the appeals as outlined above, and the application �
� for a permit for a 12 car parking lot on the above described property .
