The staff reported that the requests as outlined were reasonable and in keeping with the purpose and intent of the Zoning'Code and,as proposed, ! should not have a detrimental effect on any of the surrounding properties. 1 The staff also reported that the parking lot plan met all of the required � � standards and had been reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer.
