� The Board of Zoning considered this inatter at its regular meeting on March 8,
� • 1965. The staff reported that the requests as outlined were reasonable and
in keeping with the purpose and intent of the Zoning'Code and,as proposed,
! should not have a detrimental effect on any of the surrounding properties.
1 The staff also reported that the parking lot plan met all of the required
� � standards and had been reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer. The
proposed development meets the required standards for density and building
; ground coverage. � ,
� � In consideration of t�hese factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the •
i granting of the appeals as outlined above and the application for the park- `
� ing lot pe�rmit on the above described property in accordance with final ' _
' plans dated April 7, 1965. �
