a - WHEREAS, In the matter of the construction of sidewalks under Sidewalk
� Contract 63-M-277, District No. 2, Comptroller's Contract L-6543, certain
� non-assessable work was done on the walkwaq in Block 6, Bisaaz Highland Plains
� No. 2 from Collette Place west to the west line of Lot ;Block 6, in said
f Bisanz Highland Plains No. 2 and thence in a westerly direction to Return
� Conrt, and

? WHEREAS, the amount of the non-assessable work is $882.00 plus Engineering
� - and Inspection costs of $88.20 or a total of $970.20, therefore be it

'�; RESOLVED, That the above costs be charged to Comptroller's Contract L-6543
� and this same fund be reimbursed from the Citq's ahare of Local Improvement"
