222946Original to City Clerk ORDINANCE 22,29N6 COUNCIL FILE NO.- ` "- PRESENTED BY ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF PAUL A. SCHOEN AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Paul A. Schoen, the sum of $270.65, in full settlement of his claim for damages sustained to his automobile on or about February 17, 1965, when said automobile was struck by a City- owned snow plow operated by Frank Huberty while parked -at or near Fillmore Avenue and Walter Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, , for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
