RESOLVED, That the Commiseioner of Public Worka be and ie hereby ordered and directed:

2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and eatimated cost of asid improvement, and the total coat thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or aketch of said improvement.
4. To state wh�ther or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commiseioner of Finance.
