Pursuant to Section 64.03, paragraph b., we wish to request an extension of legal non-conforming use. The property, known as block 2, Lake Park Addition, has been used since October of the year 1920, as a home for the aged. An addi- ', tion was made in the year 1955 so that at present the Home has -a licensed capacity of 146 beds. An addition of 27 beds is contemplated, bringing the total capacity to 173 beds. Construction of a new boiler room-kitchen wing is also presently being contemplated. 2. Pursuant to Section 64.03, paragraph j , we wish to request a variance from the buildin line recruirements regarding front , yard setback or lots l, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of said block 2, Lake Par�.cTi i�`on.- These are through lots, 195 feet more or less deep. Applying the 20/ rule, the requirement is 39 feet. We wish a variance of 6 feet, or a setback from the north property line of 33 feet. As may be noted on the accompanying site plan, the north property line is the south line of a 200 ft. right of way for Midway Parkway.
