This is in the matter of the application of Harold A. Daniels to install
and operate a 135 car off-street parking facility on property located on
the east side of Western Avenue between Central and Fuller Avenues which
is described as Lot 5, Block 4, Western Area Addition; all of vacated
Central Avsen�ue w�ch adjoins Lots 1;2, 3, E1felt�Bernheimer & Arnold's , '
1Q.ddition� N. �5' of Lots 1 & 2, all of Lot 3; No. 14' of Lot 6, B1ock 4,
Western Area Addition. The property is zoned commercial and is part of
the Western Redevelopment Area. y
' The Board of Zoning- considered this matter at its regular, meeting on
August 27, 1964. The staff reported that the proposed parking lot plan '
met all of the design�standards�for- this type of faci�lity, and had been
reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer as well as the Housing .

In consideration of these factors,`the Board' of Zoning recommends the
