WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has made application
for Federal disaster assistance under Public Law 895 to defray
costs and expenses incurred in meeting the f1bod emergency of
April, 1965; and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 2 to the ,aforesaid application
involved items of cost incurred in protection of grain - storage
facilities holding Federally -owned grain, which application has
been denied by the Regional Office of the Office of Emergency
Planning; and
WHEREAS9 It is the consensus of the Council that said
Supplement No. 2 should be resubmitted; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel prepare a letter
to be signed by the Mayor, resubmitting the application for
Supplement No. 2.
