4 WHEREAS, through this arrangement the Minnesota Timberwolves have offered to sponsor basketball court improvements at
� Scheffer Recreation Center's outdoor court; and

7 WHEREAS, the Timberwolves financial commitment to this project is $15,000; and

WHEREAS, this improvement will result in a re-surfaced and re-fenced outdoor basketball couR; and

11 WHEREAS, it is the desire of Packs and Recceation to establish a financing and spending budget for said $15,000; and

13 WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the Ciry of Saint Paul, does certify that there aze
14 available for appropriation, funds of $I5,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2006 budget; and
