PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOWTION— GENERAL FORM COUNCIL 226505 FILE NO RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized to accept the tender of an agreement dated December 219 1965, executed by Floyd F. Foslien, Walter Swirczynski and Mary Swirczynski, offering to pay 2/3 of the total combined costs of opening and grading a portion of East Hyacinth between Westminster Street and Interstate Highway 35E9 whereby the parties signatory to the agreement agree to pay $3,237.31+ forthwith and that the balance of the sum representing 2/3 of the total cost of opening and grading shall be assessed and levied on the property described in said agreement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the,-City acknowledges the receipt of $3,237.31+ from the parties signatory to the aforesaid agreement and that said sum be accredited to the local improvement fund 6807. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the agreement be filed of record with the Register of Deeds for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
