RESOLVED.,. that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises„
described as,.the Southeasterly 28 feet of Lot 1, Block 27,
Rice and Irvine's addition to Saint Paul, according to the
recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 319
Chestnut Street, and wreck and remove the two -story single -
family dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of November 29, 196 a printed copy of Council
File No. 225999 was mailed to National Funds, Inc., 621
North Lilac Drive, Minneapolis and Lexington Realty, Inc.,
4401 45th Avenue South, Minneapolis, which resolution
directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the two
story single family dwelling on Southeasterly 28 feet of
Lot 1, Block 27, Rice And Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul,
also known as 319 Chestnut Street, as published in the
official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not
been repaired or wrecked and removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will
authorize the Commissioner of Parks'And Recreation And Pub-
lic Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the sdructure thereon and do any and all things there- ,
in necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.
