Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Under date of November 29, 196 a printed copy of Council File No. 225999 was mailed to National Funds, Inc., 621 North Lilac Drive, Minneapolis and Lexington Realty, Inc., 4401 45th Avenue South, Minneapolis, which resolution directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the two story single family dwelling on Southeasterly 28 feet of Lot 1, Block 27, Rice And Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 319 Chestnut Street, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not been repaired or wrecked and removed.
