RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises
described as the West 1/2 Lot 4, Block 4, Edmund Rice's
Second Addition to the City of St. Paul, according to the
recorded plat thereof in the office of the Reg3,ster of Deeds
-of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 132 Granite Street,
and wreck and remove the single- family dwelling thereon,
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the
protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of December 6, 1965 a printed copy of Council
File No. 226068, was mailed to Julius F. Kuether, c/o Herbert
Kuether, Route 1, Faribault, Minnesota and Frank J. Medema,
319 Forest Street, Saint Paul 6, Minnesota which resolution
directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the single
family dwelling on the West 1/2 Lot 4, Block 4, Edmund Rice's
Second Addition to City of Saint Paul, also known as 132 Gran-
ite Street, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Rec-
reation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the dwelling' thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb,
and adjoining property. A
