Robert Street, Saint,Paul, which resolution directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the two fami- ly dwelling on Lot 9, Block 3, Lyton's Addition, also known as 114 Lyton Place, Saint Paul, as published in the official paper No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been re- paired or removed.
