Minn., according to the recorded plat thereof in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
known as 114 Lyton Place, and wreck and remove the two -
family dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of December 6, 1965 a printed copy of Council
File No. 226066 was mailed to Eugene R. and Joan M Shields
1834 Dodd Road, Saint Paul with a copy to Mr. Martin Mansur,
Attorney, 462 S. Robert Street, Saint,Paul, which resolution
directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the two fami-
ly dwelling on Lot 9, Block 3, Lyton's Addition, also known
as 114 Lyton Place, Saint Paul, as published in the official
paper
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been re-
paired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And
Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property
and wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any
and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
