Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to
the General, Electrical and Mechanical Remodeling of the Lexington Library,
1078 University Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesot .for the reason that the bids
received are substantially in excess of the Architect's Estimate.
