WHEREAS, an ordinance having been introduced in Council under
Council File No. 226417 on the 22nd day of December, 1965, does grant
permission'and authority to Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to
construct an equipment enclosure under the Maxshall Avenue Bridge; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to commence the work contemplated by
said ordinance forthwith, before the onset of winter, in furtherance
of the health and welfare of the community; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Northwestern Bell Telephone Company is hereby
given emergency permission to commence the work contemplated by said
Ordinance, said emergency authority and permission being conditioned
on said permittee's complying with and conforming to the conditions
and requirements of Section 2 of said Ordinance, including the filing
of an acceptance of said conditions and requirements.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That upon the filing of said acceptance,
appropriate City officials are hereby empowered to grant permits to
said permittee for the commencement of said construction.
