In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improving MISSISSIPPI
STREET from Minnehaha Avenue to south end of bridge over the Northern Pacific Railway
at York Avenue by grading, paving, curbing; by constructing and reconstructing side-
walk, by reconstructing the intersecting alley, street and driveway returns; by re-
constructing existing bridge surfaces; by constructing storm water drainage facilities;
by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections; and by doing all work which
is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 211508 ,approved March 5, 1963
Intermediary Order 212880 , approved May 21, 1963
Final Order 213334 ,approved June 18, 1963
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessind -nt satisfactory, therefore, be it _
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 19th
day of January , 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
' the Court House and City Hall Building, in _the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said-meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature, of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
