In the matter of opening, widening and extending Dayton Avenue by condemning and
taking for street purposes the following described parcel of land all in the City of
Saint Paul; that triangular portion of Lot 41, Block 82, Dayton and Irvine's Addition
to Saint Paul, lying Southerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point
on the South line of said Lot 41, 14.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said lot,
thence Northeasterly on a straight line to a point on the East line of said Lot, 7.0
feet North of the Southeast corner of said lot, and there terminating
under Preliminary Order 225218 , approved September 14, 1965
Intermediary Order 225802 , approved November 2, 1965
Final Order 226046 , approved November 30, 1965
The Commissioner ' of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and .to whom payable; and also having 'submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it ,
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
19th day of`'arimarv. 1966 , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
