Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in Section 1.07

Gentlemen:
There is a two story single family dwelling at 807 Reaney
Avenue, described as Lot 16, Block 54, Arlington Hills Addi-
tion, which is being referred to you for condemnation ac-
tion.
This dwelling is approximately 40 by 22, with an attached
shed. It is frame, vacant, and has been open to vandals
for some time, and was partially burned. Windomisand doors
are broken. Plaster is loose and falling, floors are
warped and settled. Plumbing fixtures are torn out, wiring
is illegal, and the east side of the foundation has fallen
away. The building-is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property and should be repaired or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are George A. and Hazel M.
Kuhn, 807 Reaney Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55106. Danger
Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code. _
