We are recommending the condemnation of a two story two fami-
ly dwelling at 891 Marion Street, Saint Paul 17, on Lot 12,
Block 14;u Lewis Second Addition to Saint Paul.
This buil ing is approximately 44% by 21 bar 28. The basement
walls have settled, floors are out of level, and the building
leans out of plumb. Basement stairway, plaster, chimneys,
floors, roofing, siding are all in poor condition. The build-
ing is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property, and
should be repaired or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Perry V. Moulton of the same ad-
dress and letters have been sent to Royal Realty Company, 148
Endicott Building, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101.
Kindly institute condemnation action in accordance with Section
1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code by setting a hearing
date.
