WHEREAS, The City Council of St. Paul under Ordinance No. 12384,
Council File 210566, approved January 15, 1963, granted permission to
Peter C. Dennison to construct public sewer in Albert Street from Taylor
Avenue to Pierce Butler Route, and
WHEREAS, The legal description of the property authorized under
said ordinance to be drained to the above mentioned sewer was Lot 2,
Block 1, College Place East Division, and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Corporation has submitted,."
Documentary prodf that they have previously paid said permittee with the
intention of joining said sewer, and
WHEREAS, The Corporation Counsel is preparing an amending ordinance
to permit the Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Company property described as
being: Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, College Place East Division, except that part
taken for Pierce Butler Route to join said sewer, then, be it,
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized
to issue a permit to connect the Minnesota Lumber and Wrecking Corporation
property to join said sewer in Albert Street without payment of advanced
assessment.
