Theundersigned hereby proposesthemakingof the followingpublicimprovement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills
and temporary construction easements, all including the right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, as shown by Drawing No. 1812, Slope
Drawer 4, on file in the Department of Public Works, occasioned by construction
work both within and beyond or outside of the street boundary lines for widening and
resurfacing of ANNAPOLIS STREET from Cherokee Heights Boulevard to Oakdale Avenue;
and, further, providing therefor and authorizing, where appropriate, awards to com-
pensate abutting,oFiners for all taking or damaging of private property resulting to
subject properties and incorporating all such compensation to which an abutting
owner may be or become entitled, if any, into a single award with respect to each
parcel of abutting property.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:
