Whereas, The total deduction is $2,767.91 and the Commissioner of Public Works has

Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing
duction made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $2,767.91, said amount
be deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's
ntract L -6722, and which deduction is to be credited in the billing, pursue to the terms
