RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condemning and taking the following described
land for drainage purposes necessary for the development of certain
streets in the Loeb Lake Area: The West 32 ft. of the East 145 ft.
of the Northwest 1 of the Northwest 1 of Sec. 25, Township 29 N.,
Range 23 W., lying between the north line of Jessamine Ave. and the
south line of Maryland Avenue, under Preliminary Order, C.F. No.
225386, approved September 28, 1965;
RESOLVED that the Intermediary Order C.F. No. 225870, approved
November 9, 1965, and the Final Order, C.F. No. 2261+9, approved
December 7, 1965, in the above matter be and the same are hereby can-
celled, annulled, and rescinded due to a technicality in the proper
notification of all parties of interest.
