RESOLVED, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution of the Council,
Council File No. 225116, and the letter of Francis M. Tompkins, Executive
Secretary of the Hospital Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint
Paul and County of Ramsey, dated December 3, 1965, addressed to the City
Council via Robert B. Gerber , City Clerk, that the Council hereby approves,
ratifies and confirms the action of said Hospital Commission in awarding
a contract to the Royal Typewriter Company for the items, quantities, and
prices hereinafter set forth:

on July 29, 1965, awarded a contract to the following vender:

Price: $350.55
Inasmuch as this contract is for an amount less than $500.00, it
was awarded under the new method of awarding contracts which was
adopted by the Commissioners on July 21, 1965, and approved by the
City Council of the City of Saint Paul under Council File #225116,
dated September 2, 1965, and by the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners
under Resolution #9 -7852, dated July 26, 1965.
The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council of the City
of Saint Paul approves the above contract under the provisions of laws
1957, Chapter #938.
