The Coffinissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 223269 approved May 4th. 19 65
relative to ���ons_�ructin� the sidewalk oa both sides of Goodhue St from Ric hmond St
to Duke St. and by doing all other work which is aecessary and incidental to complete
said improvement.
