Gentlemen:
There is a sixteen unit apartment at 227-229-231-233 Ramsey
Street, on Lots 2 and 3, Metcalf & Wilderts Subdivision of
Lots 24 ancl 25 of Block 68 Dayton � Irvinets Addition to
Saint Paul in Ramsey County.
This building is three stories, approximately 60 by 72, frame
and brick. It is vacant and being vandalized. Doors and "
windows are broken, the roof leaks, stairs are broken, plumb-
ing is in poor condition, wiring is unsafe, plaster • is fall- ��,
ing. It has been posted by the Health Department and Danger •
Notices have been posted by this Bureau. --�
This building is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining prop-
erty and should be repaired or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Oscar Kelson, 22? Ramsey Street.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
