RESOLVED� That a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul� in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall� in said City, as provided in

at ten o' clock a.m. , on August 24, 1965, upon the advisability
and necessity of :the repair� replacement, remodeling� or
wrecking and removal of the garage %building on the East 50 feet
of Lots 3� �+, and 5� Block 67� West Saint Paul Proper� aacording
to the plat thereof recorded in� the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County� Minnesota� also known as 135 East
Winifred Street� because said structure is reported to be
dangerous and unsafe to life� limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen: ,
There is a garage building at 135 East Winifred Street, on
the East 50 feet of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 67, West Saint
Paul Proper.
The garage is 18 by34,. open, dilapidated, and beyond reason-
able repair. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Philip Blazer, of this address•
Danger Noticeshave been posted.
I will appreciate it if you will institute condemnation ac-
tion by setting a public hearing date in accordance with
the provisions of Section 1,07-2 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative �ode.
