the Council of the City of Saint Paul� in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in
Section 1.0'7, paragraph 2� of the Saint Paul I,egislative Code,
at ten o�Clock a.m. on August 24, 1965� upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement� remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the fra.me two-family dwelling on Lot 30,
Block 11� Mackubin and Marshallts Addition to Sai�it Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County� Minnesota, also known as
561 St. Anthony Avenue, because said structure is reported
to be danger-ous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Inspection has been made of the frame two family dwelling
at 561 St. Anthony Avenue, also described as Lot 30, Block
11, Mackubin��Nlarshall ' s �dditon.-� �� ��-Q,
This building is two stories high, approximately 40 by 26
by 18. The interior is badly vandalized. It is dangerous
to life, limb and adjoining property, and should be either
repaired or wrecked and the debris removed.
The last known record owners are Henriette B. Ridley and
J. Lulu Chapman, 709 St. Anthony Avenue, Saint Paul, Minne-
sota. . Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
