RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and hereby are authorized
to ex�ecute the attached option agreement for the acquisition by the
State� of Minnesota of the following city-owned lands:
Allf of the following described tract:
Part of Block 7, Stinson, Brown and RamseyTs Addition to
St. Paul, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for '
Ramsey County, lying northwesterly of Pleasant Avenue
and between the sou-th line of Grace Street and the north
line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Pau1 and Pacific
Railroad right-of-way; �
together with all that part of the following described tract:
Linwood Park, as platted in 3 Park Plats page 15, Document
No. 370792, aceording to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County;
which lies southeasterly of a line run parallel with and distant
40 feet northwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north and south quarter line of
Section l�, Township 28 North, Range 23 West, distant 743.12
feet south of the north quarter corner thereof; thence run
northerly along said north and south quarter line for 100 feet;
thence deflect to the right on a curve having a radius of 67
feet (delta angle 84°OOT) for 98.23 feet; thence on tangent to
said curve for 533.63 feet- thence deflect to the left on a
2°OOT curve (delta angle 8a47'041T) for 439.22 feet; thence on
tangent to said curve for 126.54 feet- thence deflect to the
left on a 3°OOT curve (delta angle 19a15'31TT) for 641.95 feet
and there terminating;
Also a right to construct slopes on and remove materials from property
more fully described in attached option, which right shall cease on
December l, 1969.
