The subject property is desc�r3bed as Lots 4 thru 9 inclusive, Block l, Butterfie'ld Syndicate � Add��2 and is zoned commercial. � r - � The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on � April 15, 1965. The staff reported that the subject property has an area of; 29,240 square feet and that the required area for a 28 .unit� _ � building is 29,400 square feet which results in a shortage in area of " 160 square feet. The staff reported further that the parking lot plan met a11,of the required standards for this type of facility and had been reviewed�and appro�ed by the Traffic Engineer. It was the finding of � the Board that the shortage of 160 square feet was minimal and would not have a detrimental effect on the neighborhood.
