Barclay Street to Dieter Street, under Preliminary Order 221027, approved December 10,
1964, and Final Order 222685, approved t�larch 30, 1965, all of which is to be known as
the DIETER-IDAHO SEWER SYSTEM. -

RESOLU�D, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvementFbe and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public Works
be and he is hereby directed to fine grade and surface with bituminous material by
City Forces�the above streets at an estimated cost of $11,883.00 and the Purchasing
Agent proceed to ;secure the necessary materiais and be it,
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to
obtain bids for the improvement, the bids to show separately the amount for the
grading work on BARCLAY STREET from Idaho to Larpenteur, and further to show
separately the amount for tiie grading of DIETER STREET from Idaho to Larpenteur
(except the� work to be done by City Forces) and further to show separately the amount
