In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the west side of Oakdale Avenue
from Morton Street�to State Street and on the east side of Oakdale Avenue from
Morton Street to Prescott Street and by d'oing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said 'improvement
under Freliminary Order 223361 approved Ma�. 6, 1965
- The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: -
• 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west si�e of Oakdale Avenue from Morton Street

with no,alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 uer lin. ft. for 5' wide walk
� 3.80 per lin. ft. for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said impronement on the lOth day of
Au�ust, 1965 ",, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F'inance give notice of �
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated.
