In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sidas of Magnolia Avenue
from Arcade' Street to Mendota Street and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement •
under Freliminary Order 223351 ` approved Mav 6, 1965
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Coinmissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Magnoiia Avenue from Arcade Street
to Mendota Stree� and=by doing all other work which is necessary and inci�ental to
complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient sidesalks now exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 Qer lin. ft. for 5' wide walk
