The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon,the above improvement, and,having considered said report, hereby resolves: ,
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, aad the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. •
2. That the nature of the improvement vchich the,Council recommends is
to condeinn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fi11s,
including right of removal of la.teral support from sub�ect land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes� in the grading and -
surfaci.n,g wi*th bituminous ma.terial the alley in Blk. 6, Hillsdale Addition from
Atlantic, Street easterly to the Water Depa,rtment right-of-way, in accordance with
the bluepxint hereto attached and made a part hereof, the hatched portions showing

said meeting�to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
