. 1965� upon the petition of St. John' s Lutheran Church� sections
of public street and alley were vacated and discontinued; and
WHERE�� said Council File No. 223863 required a
contract obligat�i�g the petitioner to complete the physical ,
arrangements on or before November 15, 1965; and
WHER�AS, said contract and obligation has been
prepared; now� therefore� be it
RESOLVED� That the proper C�ty officers are nereby
authorized to execute said agreement and contract and accept
the same as compliance under said Ordinance and Section 228.04,
paragraph (e) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
