WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3-4676 in the amount of $69.81
� �aas issued by the Department of Public Safety against Hurt Distributors,
Butler, Missouri, covering the cost of damage to a traffic signal at
Seventh Street and Jefferson Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on or about
June 23, 1964, and the liability for the payment of said bill is in
dispute; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accept- $34.91 in compromise
and settlement of said bill and that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and•dixected to execute the necessary releases and cancel the

balance of said bill.
