WHEREAS, Fred H. Newell, Inc. has released its interest
in any agreement or lease granted pursuant to Council File No.
214790, with respect to the operation of Lake Como Pavilion
Refreshment stand; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings has recommended the leasing of the very same
privileges� under the same terms and conditions� to Queens
Corp. � Inc. for the park seasons 1g65, 1966 and 1g67; now�
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council concurs in the recommenda-
tion of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings and the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized and
directed to draw the lease therefor� and the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the sa.me on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
