� tiVHER�AS, Tt is anticipated that at some future time ZVestern
Avenue may be extended. and completed south from Cottage Avenue so as
to cross the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company and
until such tinie, John J. Sullivan and Blanc#�e� M. Sullivan, husband and
wife, are desirous of providing public access for ingress and egress
by means 'of a cul-de-sac to�adjacent properties otvned and being developed
by them; "now, therefore, be it

' RESOLVED, 'That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
accepts from said John J. Sullivan and Blanche M. 5ullivan an easement
for public street purposes, to-wit:

_,"I'hose parts of Lots Ninet�en (19) and Tcaenty (20) in
, Cottage Homes Addition lying between the east and caest right-
of-way lines of iVesterii Avenue and the arc of a circle having
a SO foot radius, the center of said circle being on the
center line of Western Avenue and 520 feet south of the
south line of Cottage Avenue;
said easement subject to termination at such time as 4Vestern Avenue�is
extended and completed south from Cottage Avenue so as to cross the right-
of-way of the Northern Pacific Railroad. Company,and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to accept a deed conveying�e above described easement and cause
the same_to;•be filed. forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds.
