The opportunity to secure employment or to 14 pursue, practice, or engage in a m ingful and profitable trade, occupation, vocation, profession or I S business is essential to rehabilitatio d the resumption of the responsibilities of citizenship, 16 as stated in Minn. 5tat. §364.01; and 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 WHEREAS, Minn.
