COMMISSIONE DA�
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saiiit Paul that
the plans and specifications for sanitary sewer construction
on Cannon Avenue, Nancy Place and Milton Street, Hills of Homes
Plat 3 for the Village of Shoreview, authorized bq and subject
to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint
Paul Ordinance No. 12503, approved July 3, 1963, for the connection ,
of the public sewer system of the Village of Shoreview with that
of the City of Saint Paul, prepared by Consulting Engineers of said
Village and approved by the Village Council of Shoreview, and here-
tofore submitted to and approved bq the Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
