RESOLVED� That a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul� in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall� in said City� as provided
in Section 1.07� paragraph 2 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code� at ten otclock a.m. on August 3� 1965� upon the advisability
and necessity of th e repair� replacement� remodeling� or wrecking
and removal of the single fa.mily dwelling on Except North 10
feet of Lot 6 and North 1/2 of Lot 7� Block 11� Edwin M Warets
Cumberland Addition Plat 2� aecording to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County� Minnesota� also known as 1475 Farrir�gton Avenue� because
said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life,
limb and adjoining property.

� Inspections have been completed of the single family dwelling
located at 1475 Farrington Avenue, �aint Paul 17, also described
as
Except North 10 feet of Lot 6 and North lf2 of Lot 7,
Block 11, Edwin M. Ware�s Cumberland Addition Plat #2. '
� This building is 30 by 30, frame. There is no basement, no
plumbing and it is not connected with the City water. The
buil�ding has been placarded by the Health Department and Danger
Notices have been posted. It is dangerous to life, limb and
adjoining property and should be brought up to code requirements
or wrecked and removed.
The last known owners are
