At some later date, this structure was ex- tended without authorization .to four apartments and two sleeping rooms � on the third floor (illegal) which did not necessitate an enlargement of the original structure. Because the property ,is classified as "B" � residence which limits it to a two-family use, the applicant must secure Council authorization �pursuant to Chapter 64.03 of the Legislative Zon- ing Code to continue-the use of the property as a four-plex. ' . . The Board of Zoning heard this request on M�y 6, 1965. It was the , Board's finding that it would be reasonable to _permit a four-family use : � for the remaining life of the structure, subject to compliance with the .l changes set forth in the Bureau of Public Buildings and Housing Code division report dated April 29, 1965, a copy of which is attached.
