WHEREAS, Under the plans and specifications for the improvement
of UNIVERSITY AVENUE from Mississippi Street to Lafayette Road as
approned in C.F. 223189,�Apri1 29, 1965, and awarded to contract
C.F. 223830, June 4, 1965, it is necessary to construct catch basins
and storm sewer leads on Great Northern Railway Company property artd
, WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the City to secure the necessary
permit for this work from the Great Northern Railway Company �
� RESOLVED, That the Council hereby authorizes the Chief Engineer .
to apply for �aid permit on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
