RESOLVED, That proposed Supplement No. 1 to Utilities
Relocation Agreemen� No. 5�110 between the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways, therein referred to as the '�State",
and the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, acting by and through
its Board of Water Commissioners, therein referred to as the
"Board", and by and through its City Council, therein referred
to as the "Council", which Supplement to Agreement pertains to
water main relocation and ad�ustment along T.H. 51 (Snelling
Avenue) between Hewitt Avenue and Midway Parkway, and which
.has been approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel, be
and the same hereby is in all things approved, and the proper
City officers are hereby authorized to execute �hesame on
