4, 1959, the Car Allowance Committee provided for in Section 5 has

The Car Mileage Committee met in the office of the City �'►rchitect,
Robert L. �mes, on Monday morning, June 28, 1965 at 9:00 A.M.
The following were present: Messrs. �mes, Eichinger for Behrens,
Clarke, Kelley, LaNasa� McNeil, Michel for Merrill, Rooney, and
Shanley. Requests were given individual consideration by the
Committee.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
A letter dated June 10, 1965, signed by J. William Donovan,
P.ssistant Valuation Engineer, and approved by Deputy Commissioner
Thomas J. Kelley, contained the following request:

the press of other seasonal work made it necessary to hire Mr. Storey
